Our sessions begin with a dynamic warm-up, followed by targeted exercises tailored to your unique goals. We wrap up with post-workout recovery, ensuring your body receives the care it deserves.

Our specialisation lies in Strength & Functional Movement training, catering to a diverse clientele, including Adult Athletes, First Timers, and the Elderly Community. But our expertise extends far beyond these categories, accommodating a wide range of fitness needs.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Experience all the benefits mentioned above, but at a fraction of the cost. Our Semi-Private Training offers an expert approach to fitness, with the added advantage of training alongside a friend or family member. You'll enjoy custom-designed sessions meticulously crafted for two individuals, paired with a personalised training program that will drive both of you towards your fitness goals!

WHAT TO EXPECT

EXPERT GUIDANCE

Our 1-1 and 2-1 Personal Training sessions are thoughtfully crafted and led by Ryan Edwards, a Level 3 certified personal trainer, Level 2 British powerlifting coach, and holder of a sports, exercise & fitness degree.

COMPREHENSIVE LOGGING SYSTEM

All coaching services come with a user-friendly training spreadsheet system. You can effortlessly track sets, reps, weights, RPE/RIR, calories, bodyweight, sleep, energy score, daily notes, and more.

​

INDIVIDUALIZATION

Our training approach is entirely tailored to you. In the initial training block, we utilise data collected during an in-depth consultation to establish a well-informed 'starting point.' From there, we continually monitor trends and responses, making weekly adjustments to ensure you achieve the best possible results.

SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE

Our support is readily available both inside and outside of the gym. Whether you have questions, need clarification, or require a quick form check during your workout, we're here for you. Even if I'm in the middle of my weekly shopping, rest assured I'll demonstrate bicep curls with milk cartons to help you achieve that peak contraction.

WEEKLY ANALYSIS

We leave no stone unturned in any of our coaching packages. Expect a comprehensive weekly analysis covering technique evaluation and feedback, performance tracking, recovery strategies, body recomposition, nutrition guidance, and more. We meticulously examine every detail to ensure you're on track to achieve your goals.
